The New Prague Wrestling Booster Club Inc. was created to promote interest in all New Prague Wrestling programs, to lend financial support to the education of the wrestling programs in New Prague and to cooperate and work in all ways possible with the coaches and  staff.

The Booster Club is responsible for generating revenue to help fund and support all levels of New Prague Wrestling. At the High School and Middle School levels, the booster club will help offset costs associated with hotel stays and transportation to certain tournaments throughout the year.  We will also subsidize the cost of training for the summer program to keep the cost down for individual families.  The Club provides funding for the banquets, senior night, paying volunteer coaches and providing apparel for the coaches.

We provide funding for many open tournaments, so there is little charge to wrestle in weekend tournaments that the coaching staff recommends we attend as a group.  During the 2021-2022 season the Booster Club invested over $11,000 in our youth wrestlers for tournament registration fees. The youth wrestlers also benefit with getting warm ups and apparel.

The Booster Club raises funds hosting a Golf Tournament, Raffle, and Online Auction held in June and sells Butter Braids & Pizzas in November.  We also host the Doc Berg Classic youth wrestling tournament every December. We are always looking for volunteers to step up and help on both of these events.
